Oath Equipment

The equipment forge reaches the rare quality or above, and you can make an oath in Randall's library. After the oath, the equipment will increase the damage to monsters and reduce the damage reduction attributes received. However, the equipment after the oath cannot be traded or auctioned. You need to consume morion to cancel the oath before you can trade.
