Equipment Evolution is in Randall's blacksmith shop, use evolve gem and dust Mix recast [magic equipment ] or [relic equipment]'s magic property.

Equipment evolution will recast the magic attribute of moon staff, after the equipment evolution operation, you can freely choose whether to save the current magic attribute
